Keep reading for an inside look into my journey in the kitchen. I wanted to start logging my own experience of learning how to cook quick, healthy meals to help lead an overall healthier life.
I have been in the health and wellness field professionally for over five years now. I got my degree in exercise physiology from Bridgewater State in 2011 and since then have primarily focused on ways to keep the body active and mobile, working mainly with older adults. Now I work on a wellness program and have recently cultivated my desire to learn more about nutrition, for myself personally and my clients professionally.
