Wooey it’s been a while. I made this recipe a long time ago and am just now getting to writing about it. It’s been a whirlwind of a fall/ few months. My brother got married (woot woot) and Mike and I went to Japan ( holy crapoly) !!
But I am back and more determined than ever to eat well.
Since it was so long ago I’ll just ease back with a few bits of feedback on this dish
* I had made the cauliflower mashed and it was way too garlicky so my thought was to add more food to it to disperse the flavor (hence the carrots) Eh it didn’t really work lol
* The flounder definitely came out better the second time I made it. I didn’t burn it and didn’t use the broiler. It was moist and coconutty and yummy! 🙌🙌
